Our fair and transparent refund terms

At PurePairing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, which is why we have a clear and fair refund policy. All refund requests are reviewed personally by our team within 48 hours.
You are eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:

To request a refund, contact us through any of the following channels:
Please include: your registered email address, the payment reference number (from your email receipt), the reason for your refund request, and any supporting evidence if applicable.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Paystack. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, though this may vary depending on your bank. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
You can cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a dispute, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and quickly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
