1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on PurePairing (www.purepairing.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. You must be at least 18 years old to use PurePairing.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be legally able to enter into binding contracts
• You must not be prohibited from using our service under applicable law
• You must provide accurate, truthful information about yourself

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate profile information and not impersonate any other person. PurePairing reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members
• Post false or misleading profile information
• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
• Share another member's private information without consent
• Attempt to access accounts other than your own
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation
• Post offensive, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content

5. Subscription & Payments

Paid subscriptions grant access to premium features for the subscription period. All payments are processed securely by Paystack. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and subject to change with notice. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on PurePairing, including the logo, design, algorithm, and website content, is owned by PurePairing and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of PurePairing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PurePairing provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that matches will meet your expectations, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Matchmaking outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

PurePairing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We strongly recommend meeting matches in public places and conducting your own due diligence.

10. Safety Disclaimer

While we verify profiles and provide safety tools, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of every member. You are solely responsible for interactions with other members. Always meet in public, tell someone where you are going, and trust your instincts. Read our Safety Tips.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
